I've recently been experimenting with Co-Promote on Twitter with some success. You basically retweet other people's posts, and they retweet yours. You get to pick what you retweet, so what you share is up to you.

We actually have been getting a lot of retweets as well as a lot of click throughs to our website.

Here is an example of a recent tweet we promoted:

The only downside is that you either have to have a lot of followers already to earn exposure of your tweets, or you need to pay. If you don't have many followers yet, it would be slow going on the free plan.

I use SEO normally. Doing a lot of SEO work is a good idea and will get your content a lot of exposure. If it ranks high on Google, you normally can expect that it'll get a lot of traffic.

SEO mostly. Rank for the right keywords with quality content and traffic and response will be golden!
