Does the number of shares influence you?

Does the number of social shares a piece of content influence how you view it? For example, if one article or post has more shares on Facebook and Twitter than another post, would you view them differently?

Do you view the content more valuable if a lot of people shared it? Are you more likely to share it yourself if others have shared it?

Not really

Personally I don't care at all about that, in an article the headline draws me in, in a video often the thumbnail. So many things have millions of views/shares/likes today that it doesn't have the same wow-factor anymore.
