Do you look at a company's support policy before purchasing a package from them? If something goes wrong with your site do you know if the company you are choosing can handle it? I never use to be too concerned about this when I first started out, and I learned the hard way. Now I make sure that I have at least three ways to contact the support department of the company I choose. I think they should have a support ticket system in place, a phone number on their site, and live chat or email.
